Recommended by a 6th grade girl at Barrington Middle School. I have not read it yet, but the 6th grade reading teacher at my school did and could not recommend it highly enough. She told students they should read it now, and they should read it when they’re older. And then they should read it to their children and grandchildren.
I asked her if she thought it should be for Great Stone Face or Isinglass. She thought for awhile and said, "Both." She said it reads like a fairytale, but has layers of meaning and beautiful writing….
