FlumeAward – Every Hidden Thing Every Hidden Thing by Kenneth Oppel
I just finished reading this and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was different in a lot of ways but had some same general YA themes to not make it isolating. I think this could have appeal to both genders and I would like to see it on the final list. It was an interesting historical fiction with a twist that made it not seem too old fashioned.
