I am skeptical of self-published books, but this is one of the best ones I&#8217;ve ever read. It&#8217;s short, but does a great job of creating a plausible, thought-provoking sci-fi world and interesting characters. Heather has completed NaNoWriMo every year since she was in middle school and came to our school to speak with our WriMos.
