I think this series is great, although I really think that only City of Bones is a stand-alone. I think it would appeal to both boys and girls. This year I&#8217;ve seen an increase in its popularity at my library, possibly because the high school used it for their book club. &#8211; Katie Spofford, Wadleigh Memorial Library, Milford, NH<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exciting series; I agree City of Bones needs to be read first. Very popular for both males and females. If the first in the series has already been on the list, can it be repeated?
