Sue-MHSLMC<\/p>\n<p>I found this a complete bore. I tried to listen on audio and just wanted the author to get to the point. Slow and cumbersome. I haven&#8217;t any kids asking for the sequel (which is out)&#8230;which tells me they didn&#8217;t like the first one enough to continue reading the series.<br \/>Amy Inglis, Barrington<\/p>\n<p>Amy, I&#8217;m with you on this!!! I, too, was bored reading this. I thought it was a thoughtful novel that many of our readers enjoyed. We have gotten all three books because our kids really enjoy them and we have also started getting them on audio. I do have to agree that these mostly appeal to the younger ages though moreso than the older kids.
