It was surprisingly good. I thought the characters were strong and very identifiable by high schoolers. The twist at the end had me sitting with my mouth open. I hope others will read and consider this title.
Pat Adams/Chesley Memorial Library

I would highly recommend this book to reluctant readers, as verse books tend to go faster. I was surprised at the depth of emotion this book evoked from me. I have to say that although the main character is a girl, this book would be appropriate for both boys and girls middle and high school aged. It seemed like a fresh take on survivor’s guilt, though with a definite kind of absolution of guilt that really can’t be hoped for in real life. I would absolutely hand this to a teen who lost someone just for that feeling of absolution and acceptance that life does go on. I would, however, warn that it will be upsetting. Maybe it would be cathartic that way.
-Kirsten, Lane Memorial Library, Hampton, NH

FlumeAward – I Heart You, You Hant Me Discussion page for I Heart You, I Haunt You I picked up this book not sure if I was going to like …

[27

post-700","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-flume-titles
["GET
