Vital Records Project
The Vital Records Project is an initiative to get historic New Hampshire vital records online. Public libraries are encouraged to work with local historical societies and volunteers to digitize their town’s vital records.
How to Get Started
It’s easy to get started with the Vital Records Project! Here are the steps to take: 1) Discuss the project with your stakeholders — library trustees, other employees, and historical society members. 2) Add the vital records to a spreadsheet.
