FlumeAward – Battle Fatigue Battle Fatigue by Mark Kurlansky
This is a great book with historical appeal. It deals with the question of draft dodging during the Vietnam war. The only problem is that I don’t think it really creates the atmosphere of what the draft meant to teenage boys of that era, which weakens it considerably. So while the book appeals to my generation I think a lot of the punch is lost on teens today.
