This was a great psychological thriller, with Sam trying to remember, and deliberately putting herself into situations that might jog her memory, so she can help find Cassie, the best friend she doesn’t remember. The other side of this is that as Sam learns more about herself, her family, and her friends, she comes to like the person she used to be less and less. Interesting to be able to have a do-over for life.
The casualness of teen sex and drinking makes this more appropriate for older teens, but the story will capture any reader.

I’m not much of a mystery fan, but I really enjoyed this one. I read it a while back so the details are fuzzy, Reminds me of Gabrielle Zevin’s "Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac" but this one has much better writing and a more compelling plot. Solid choice.
